try: ftp.freebsd.org  FreeBSD/releases/alpha/3.3-RELEASE

www.cheapbytes.com usually has a cd or you can do a 3.2 release and then
use sysinstall to upgrade. Still gotta make the floppies for 3.2
though.<g>

Another option is use the old CDR and burn it to disk.
Use a high speed lan and do the install over the net.
