I think we're going to need a little more information than that.
1) What OS's do you have on each hard disc?
2) Types/sizes of hard discs: IDE, SCSI?
3) Where did you put the bootmanager?
4) Where did you put your partitions?

With that, we can probably be a little more specific in our answers, but
as a quess, you didn't put the bootmanager on the right drive.
