This should be a rather complete list of ipfilter binaries:

sbin/ipf/Makefile
sbin/ipfstat/Makefile
sbin/ipmon/Makefile
sbin/ipnat/Makefile
usr.sbin/ipftest/Makefile
usr.sbin/ipresend/Makefile
usr.sbin/ipsend/Makefile
usr.sbin/iptest/Makefile

I think the sbin parts have all been fixed, it would be nice if someone
with commit privileges could fix all usr.sbin parts.
