I just updated my system to 4.7-prerelease (accidently by a misconfigured
cvsupfile) and I ran buildworld and installworld and built a new kernel
successfully.
However I cannot log into my user account, even after resetting my
password. I see in xconsole the following message:

"unable to dlopen (/usr/lib/pam_unix.so)
[dlerror:/usr/lib/pam_unix.so: undefined symbol]
adding faulty module: /'usr/lib/pam_unix.so"

is this causing my login problem?

is this related to 4.7-prerelease or something else? how do I fixit?
