 So should I be able to install the 2.05R
kernel in /, call is kernel-2.05
and then do

boot wd(0,a)/kernel-2.05...

If the system utilities (I assume things like ps? pstat?)
are broken, it should be relatively easy to replace them
with utilities from another directory...

Is there a good list of what "doesn't" work...?
