	It was pointed out to me that I was not sufficiently clear on this
point. It was possible that the user had the NOBLOCKRANDOM kernel config
option enabled, but we couldn't rely on that. I won't reiterate the rest
of the reasons why reading randomness on boot as early as possible is
considered desirable.
