And we do this for everything or just the MSA?  Sorry, but it should
be obvious that this doesn't work.  It doesn't even work for the
"TOP 5" of the sendmail FAQ.  8.10.0 had more than 1000 lines just
in the RELEASE_NOTES.

The RELEASE_NOTES document the changes between versions.

Some OS distributions don't run sendmail as a daemon at all.
