Adding  IPI_PREEMPTION in the kernel didn't make my Intel C2D 6600
which runs 7.0 AMD64 busy as before, so I removed, and now MySQL runs
fatser after hashing it out, maybe this is need for Intel C2Q or 8
cores at least?
