Well, i want to monitor the bandwidth consumption by each users to know
who is using too much of our ressource. We got some lag phases and we
weren't able to localize which process of which user was lagging us. There
are a couple of IRCd here. And, as it's a "shell providing" machine, we
want to know if our machine and links are used for malicious purposes.

Thank you.
