Ruel,

Your note doesn't say how you have windows configured?  Active 
Directory?  Domain Controller?  Or?

Do you have samba as a slave to the window's controller?  Usually I have 
found this method works best.  Windows user's accounts are created 
automatically that way on the samba box.
