something isn't right.
I checked, the checksum is ok
try to d/l from :
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/asfrecorder/ASFRecorder.zip

The checksum is:
% cat /usr/ports/net/asfrecorder/distinfo
MD5 (ASFRecorder.zip) = c0cd281b9f72479945058735d8eff8a2
