It depends on what you want to do. There are several (well, at /least/
two) POP and IMAP servers available in the ports. However, if you mean
'access by the web' to mean something more along the lines of how
hotmail, Yahoo! mail, GeoCities mail, etc., work, I am not sure what
there is. Have a look in the 'mail' directory in the ports.
