i really apologize for disturbing again.  but i got an annoying message
on my screen quite often that says

hostname   /kernel:   arp:  00:a0:24:c2:ea:07 is using my IP address
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

what does this mean ?
and please ,  please me get rid of this message and help me to overcome
this kind of problem too.
