Depends on what you mean. FreeBSD doesn't have a kernel-based framebuffer a la Linux's fb code. On the plus side, the latest XFree86 should support the Radeons out-of-box. This is odd since I've tested USB keyboards during the install and they work. In fact there is explicit configuration in the installer to support this configuration. You don't have a PS/2 keyboard plugged in, right? And as far as you know, your BIOS doesn't lie about having a PS/2 keyboard when none is installed? Is the "USB Legacy Keyboard" option enabled in your BIOS? What kind of USB keyboard is it?
