I burn CD-ROM on Windows and each time I leave the CD-ROM open so that I
can add new files to it incrementally. However, on FreeBSD, it seems I
can only read the files burned in the *first* session:

#mount -t cd9660 /dev/acd0c /cdrom

How to read the *entire* contents of the CD-ROM? Thanks.
