Problem is the PGP patch wasn't available at the time.
I am often two days ahead of Ollivier in my commiting of mutt.with_pgp
and his posting it on his web site.

I'm surpised this built at all. The 0.73 PGP patched was being applied
rather than the 0.74 one.

Why? As compiled w/o this change:

$ ldd /usr/local/bin/mutt
/usr/local/bin/mutt:
        -lncurses.3 => /usr/lib/libncurses.so.3.0 (0x8055000)
        -lmytinfo.2 => /usr/lib/libmytinfo.so.2.0 (0x8064000)
        -lc.3 => /usr/lib/libc.so.3.0 (0x8079000)
