Run tcpdrop -l -a to have it output a list of the format it's expecting for
each active connection.  Try with the one in there to confirm you have prop=
er
syntax.  You can get the 'No such process' if it's not matching the connect=
ion.

While this obviously won't fix the issue, you could write a quick cron to g=
et
you by in the meantime if you are able to drop them.
