I found what was causing the problem, it was the missing 'xlsfonts' program
due to X11 not being installed.  I installed X11 (which installed xlsfonts)
and it worked fine.  It looks like WebMagick has no WITHOUT_X11 type option,
though it should still be able to function normally with X11 (iirc it just
uses it for fonts and nothing else).  I'll see if I can make modifications
so it will compile correctly without X11 (xlsfonts specifically), and submit
patches.  I'm fairly certain it doesn't need X11 (at least for many of it's
functions), but I'll test it as well to make sure.
