    Okay,

	I have looked in the mailing list archives, and I have
    searched the Google FreeBSD newsgrou archives, but I can't
    find it.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=../../exports/lib cc -c -ansi -pedantic -Dasm=__asm -Wall -Wpointer-arith  -I/usr/local/include/freetype2 -I/usr/local/include  -I../.. -I../../exports/include   -DCSRG_BASED  -DFUNCPROTO=15 -DNARROWPROTO -DXTHREADS  -D_REENTRANT -D_THREAD_SAFE -DXUSE_MTSAFE_API -DXNO_MTSAFE_PWDAPI    -DXFT_DEFAULT_PATH=\"/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XftConfig\" -DFREETYPE2      xftcfg.c -o unshared/xftcfg.o

	Didn't I see something that the way to fix this problem
    was to build XF86 4.2 against gettext 0.10.x, and NOT against
    gettext 0.11.x?
