On my system, it's in
/usr/local/StarOffice-3.1/linux-x86/lib/libofa312.so, and also in the
distribution file /usr/ports/distfiles/StarOffice31-common.tar.gz.
Where did you get yours from?  How did you install it?  I have the
following distribution files:

-rw-rw-r--  1 grog  lemis  15438758 May 14 01:24 StarOffice31-common.tar.gz
-rw-rw-r--  1 grog  lemis   1795498 Apr  5 09:16 StarOffice31-english.tar.gz
