Right; I've blocked most broadband domains and bouce an awful lot of spam. In the last 12 hours, I've blocked 121 spams this way (about 10% of the total blocked spam). I don't block by IP range, just domain; emails from people that have set up forward and reverse DNS pointing to their own domain pass right through. Whenever a customer complains, I point them to their ISP's help pages. For example, business RoadRunner users should be relaying their outgoing emails through smtp.biz.rr.com, according to http://www.help.rr.com/getpage.asp?/faqs/e_biz_emailserveraddysbc.html. -- Dan Nelson dnelson@allantgroup.com
