Hello, I am currently running FreeBSD 2.0 and was trying to upgrade to the latest SNAP version of 2.1 because of the ATAPI support. When I try to boot with the image off the atapi.flp, it hangs my system right after the "Uncompressing kernel...done" message. If I try to use the "-c" option, same problem. If I try to boot off a floppy made from the root image, it just dies before the ">> FreeBSD" banner. I am running a 486DX2-66 processor (Cyrix) with 16Mb of RAM. I have a 514Mb hard drive, 3.5"HD FD, internal modem, PCI-bus system w/ PCI I/O controller and Diamond Stealth 64 PCI 2Mb DRAM video card. The ATAPI CDROM is a quad speed IDE Matsushita configured to run as a slave drive on the primary IDE channel... Any suggestions? -Craig Norborg
