Anyone outside of Redmond.  I'd love to see Cygnus... but they're not
a non-profit.

There's Free/Net/OpenBSD.  (Yeah, right..)
How about FreeVMS 8-)

How about O'Reilly using the money to donate some of their books to
school and small town libraries?

Realistically -- at least it's not going to Redmond.
