It's best not to do this, because they'll probably be fixed by the
forthcoming gcc 3.3.x import.  If you really want to note the error to
anyone using the port, use BROKEN conditional on the value of ARCH,
instead of NOT_FOR_ARCHS.  The latter prevents the build from being
attempted at all, which means it will drop out of sight and possibly
never resurface once the port becomes buildable again.
