http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com is your friend.... even if it
doesn't give exactly... erm... good translations.

It gives:

I think you get the idea of what it is saying.

It doesn't seem typical spam because it doesn't give any contact
info, etc. or ask you to send $$$ or give a web site, but the content
otherwise seems spammy enough.
