The FreeBSD source-tree version should be hackable to accomodate TCPWrappers since it's basically the same source with necessary porting done. You should be able to fetch it out of ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/src/usr.sbin/sendmail.
