Depends on the module I guess. Have a look at the other CPAN modules in Ports,
and the porters handbook.

Which means the port installs files outside ${PREFIX}, a user-definable
destination for where the port should install its files. Ports that break this
should be fixed.

Have a look at the make macros under /usr/ports/Mk as well!
