It's not theoretical, I'm building on a Alpha 3000-300X. The system starts
out with NetBSD and gradually turns itself into FreeBSD. Then it hits
a wall, so I fix that and go back and start the bootstrap build again.
I've got a couple of outstanding problems with libc, but apart from those,
I'm working on usr.bin programs (as you can probably see from the
commits).

Regards,
