Same here. It just works. And you forget about it. But always beware =
that it caches - and that caching is not system wide - but per user. And =
I've seen a few cases where I suspect it serialises or otherwise blocks =
on barrages of DNS queries. But it is helpful - when the data needs to =
come from ldap or whereever.
