>Description:
gnome-power-manager 2.24.4_4 fails to install with an unknown build error using portinstall.

When doing a make from /usr/ports/sysutils/gnome-power-manager, it fails running docbook2man. docbook2man can be found in /usr/local/bin/docbook2man (so the bin already exists).

After perusing the FreeBSD Ports on docbook ports, on a whim I installed docbook-to-man (since it was missing).

Installed docbook ports prior to installaing docbook-to-man:
---
ciel# portversion -Fv "*docbook*"
docbook-1.4 = up-to-date with port
docbook-3.1_4 = up-to-date with port
docbook-4.1_3 = up-to-date with port
docbook-4.2 = up-to-date with port
docbook-4.3 = up-to-date with port
docbook-4.4_2 = up-to-date with port
docbook-4.5_2 = up-to-date with port
docbook-5.0_1 = up-to-date with port
docbook-sk-4.1.2_4 = up-to-date with port
docbook-utils-0.6.14_7 = up-to-date with port
docbook-xml-4.2_1 = up-to-date with port
docbook-xml-4.3 = up-to-date with port
docbook-xml-4.4_1 = up-to-date with port
docbook-xml-4.5 = up-to-date with port
docbook-xsl-1.74.0_1 = up-to-date with port
dsssl-docbook-modular-1.79_1,1 = up-to-date with port
sdocbook-xml-1.1,1 = up-to-date with port

>How-To-Repeat:
1) Ensure that gnome-power-manager is not installed.
2) Ensure that docbook-to-man is not installed.
3) in /usr/ports/sysutils/gnome-power-manager, do make.
4) You should see the problem outlined above.
>Fix:
So it looks (to me) like there's a dependency on docbook-to-man (or something that docbook-to-man installs).

Running an install of docbook2man results in:
