Synopsis: [md] [patch] mdconfig(8) returning negative unit numbers Responsible-Changed-From-To: gavin->freebsd-bugs Responsible-Changed-By: gavin Responsible-Changed-When: Fri Jan 16 12:17:23 UTC 2009 Responsible-Changed-Why: Back into the pool now there's a working patch. FWIW, I don't think the alloc_unr(9) API is suitable for this at the moment, as that provides no way to allocate specific unit numbers (which md(4) needs) and there doesn't appear to be an easy way to extend it to provide that. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=122288
