Hi!

> Do I need to get a bugzilla account and proceed through there?

Yes.

> Is there a different procedure I missed?

FreeBSD migrated from GNATS to bugzilla end of May. There's an
option to file problem reports (or updates) to individual ports in
bugzilla and a way to upload attachments to the report.

> Can we get the docs in line with that?
