Log:
Change the module names of language dependent ports to use language codes
defined by ISO639 instead of country codes defined by ISO3166 to reflect
recent change to their PKGNAMEs.
(Note: a few of the ports still use ISO3166 style PKGNAME, but they
are soon to be changed.)
