Hello I was just wondering about setting up RAID on IDE. I know FeeBSD supports 3Ware Raid controllers but I'm looking for an external enclosure(rackmount?) that would hold anything between 6-10 removable IDE drives. Has anyone found one yet? Can IDE devices be mounted externally? Maximum cable length?
