Hello,

I have a 3C509 Ethernet adapter which works fine, but an ifconfig -a of it shows
ep0: flags=863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,SIMPLEX>.

My question is what is SIMPLEX? Would this have anything to do with my
routing tables showing something like LINK#2 in the Gateway column?

I read the man pages and tried looking at a couple of books with no success.
Please help me get this concept.

Melvin
