Truly bizarre, when I run sysinstall, select "Configure" then "Packages"  
then "CDROM" then "shells", the only thing listed is "bash-2.02", nothing
else.  I also checked in "All" and it's not listed there, either.  Perhaps
Walnut Creek actually sent me a 2.2.6.9999999 CD? :)
