I hope this can give you the nesesarry info to determine what it is that will not allow me to go in to the internet if i dial in and go on the portmaster with the ip of 209.47.145.10 Please help me. This is so damm frustrating. I like the ppl at the isp and they said that even tech support at livingston can't fiqure it out. Well maybe on of you can.
