It was already working for a while with me on a Toshiba Portege 3110.
However, I also get this message; It doesnt seem to hurt me neither.

One interesting thing: it only works for me when I'm AC powered. Strange
noises when I'm not. Anyone familiar with that? (Have to admit that I
never really looked into it)
