We use it. It seems to work very well. The full blown version is
$1500 (a bit steep I think but it does save a LOT of time). The
demo version is fully functional except for the number of users
it supports. The 16 bit demo version is locked at no more than
300 users, the 32 bit demo is locked at 10. The first registration
level ($1500) goes to 1000 users, higher levels are available.
If you're small and want to grow into it, you can buy a support
contract for the demo version for $500, which is credited to
a later purchase of the registered one. The registered version
includes the support contract.

It has a few idiosyncracies. The billing plans are not as granular
as it would seem at first. The statement detail is a bit confusing
as well. On the other hand, their tech support is absolutely
top notch and they have demonstrated a strong willingness to
incorporate user suggestions for enhancements. On the whole,
I wouldn't do business without it.
