ignore the xdcp entry... it's local.

I don;t see any mention of cam or SCSI in your config..
umass requires cam asn they implement SCSI-over-USB
to get the disk function.

This is not however perfect.. I get hangs on boot if the drive is
already inserted, and sometimes it doesn't notice that it is removed...

but it does give me 5.4MBytes/sec which is > than teh theoretical
maximum of about 1.5MB/sec for USB1.1
