I now have a driver working for this beast (it's running at this very instant). It only works for FreeBSD-current. Quite a few patches are required. If anyone wants to beta test it, send me a mail and I'll shoot a patchset your way. I've only tested it using HDLC (ipr), but it should work just as well with SPPP (the isp I/F). I have no idea whether it will work for telefony since I never use that stuff.
