Actually, a rather _unspecific_ question.  In particular, you fail
to tell at which step you run into the error.

BTW, in the subject line you refer to "ksh.com" which belongs to a
company KSH Datentechnik GmbH that appears to be totally unrelated
to AT&T and not involved with the Korn shell.

I appear to have mislaid your bug report.  Sorry, this happens from
time to time.  What again was the problem that kept you from
successfully using the port?

ast-ksh 2001-07-04.0000 builds on FreeBSD.  I have not explored the
facilities of the AT&T "package" tool any further, since our ports
framework takes over from there.
