This certainly does help a lot, but as with any other option it's kinda
hard to mandate it.  Mandating options is getting easier now though, as
we're almost ready to upgrade everything locally to a privately
maintained internal version of FreeBSD-stable and people will need very
very very good reasons for not using our local source tree.  Such an
approach has a fair bit of overhead, of course.
