Is there anyone here familiar with both esr and rms who would
seriously trust esr over rms with their money?  Not to denigrate esr's
name, but I certainly wouldn't...

[Or, more accurately, "organizations controlled by [esr|rms]".]

Somehow splitting the money seems to go against the whole idea of a
conference involving all fractions (factions?) in the free software
world.
