there is a very old software running on a novell server named Btrieve. i replaced 2 windows servers there with freebsd and samba. now, to finally remove the Novell server too, i would need to find a way to run the Btrieve on FreeBSD. and no, the clients shouldnt have the client side version because of about 1 million records in the files it would be to slow (tested). does anybody know a way to run a (maybe compatible) Btrieve on FreeBSD? -- -- Best regards / Mit freundlichen Gruessen, Karl M.
