Just put it in /boot/loader.conf :
legal.intel_wpi.license_ack=1

Anyway this driver does not work for me - every time when I try to load 
it I got:
link_elf_obj: symbol ieee80211_amrr_choose undefined
KLD file if_wpi.ko - could not finalize loading

I'm using freebsd 7-current amd64
