>Description:

It is currently not possible to fetch the patches for bash2.
The only site has apparently died, and there is no copy on
	ftp.FreeBSD.org.

>How-To-Repeat:

	# cd /usr/ports/shells/bash2/
	# make fetch
	>> bash205b-001 doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
	>> Attempting to fetch from ftp://ftp.cwru.edu/pub/bash/bash-2.05b-patches/.
	fetch: bash205b-001: Bad Gateway
	>> Attempting to fetch from ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/.
	fetch: bash205b-001: Not Found
	>> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retrieve this
	>> port manually into /usr/ports/distfiles/ and try again.
	*** Error code 1

>Fix:

If we can't find the patches and put them on ftp.FreeBSD.org,
we should back out to the base version.
