Of course you are right.

The only ports that depend (directly) on gnu-libtool are:

devel/anjuta gnome@FreeBSD.org
devel/configgen ahze@FreeBSD.org
devel/kdevelop kde@FreeBSD.org

others just depend on the above ones.
