This commit also revealed a bug in my "SVNews" tool;
it didn't support UTF-8 charactes correctly that can't
be mapped to ISO8859-*. Now it does.

So I'm thankful for delphij's commit message because
it gave me the opportunity to discover and fix the
bug.  :-)

Best regards

PS: Ivan: I decided to implement displaying diffs,
as you suggested. Working on it right now. It only
stores the most recent diffs (currently 10 days).
