I had the same problem.  You should be able to fix this by placing the
following in your /boot/loader.conf

hw.pcic.intr_path="1"

And the following in your /etc/pccard.conf

irq     3 10

You may also want to make sure that when you recompiled your kernel you
removed all but the first reference to the serial ports.
